From our non-GMO verified line of Italian Croccantini® crackers to our European-inspired Dolcetini® artisan cookies, our products are made with recipes and traditions handed down through generations and preserved today.

• Reads and interprets formula; obtains and mixes ingredients.
• Initiates and observes mixing, stretching, baking, and conveyor processes; makes adjustments to ensure product meets quality specifications
• Moves dough from Mixer to Dough Dumper, Depositor or other processing machine.
• Operates and maintains Ovens, Mixers, Depositors and other processing machinery.
• Initiates and observe mixing, baking, and conveyor processes; makes adjustments as necessary.
• Ensures product meets quality specifications.
• Performs manual adjustments to oven and other machinery to ensure proper processing.
• Completes required quality, maintenance and sanitation tasks and related paperwork accurately and in time.
• Reports issues/concerns to direct supervisor.
• Utilizes basic computer skills, including but not limited to MS Office, production software in the daily work.
• Ensures that all job tasks are performed in compliance with all food safety and quality management system rules, procedures, policies and guidelines.

• High school diploma, or general education degree (GED), or similar,
• One to three months related experience,
• Or any combination of education and experience that provides the same expertise.
• Ability to read and interpret formulas to mix and prepare dough for baking.
• Ability to apply and follow all process descriptions, to ensure that quality standards are met consistently.
• Ability to accurately and timely fill in production related paperwork in English language.
• Ability to operate ovens, mixers, depositors and related machinery to make products.
• Ability to learn and apply approved quality standards to products on the production line.
• Ability to observe and assess processes, and make manual adjustments to machinery to ensure that quality standards are met consistently.
• Ability to compress dough using strenuous physical power, up to twelve times per eight hours, few minutes at the time.
