We are looking to fill the position of Accounts Receivable/Trade Spend Administrator to provide support to the current AR/Trade Finance Team.  The successful candidate must have experience working in a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented and knowledgeable in basic accounting.

Accounts Receivable responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances, ensuring timely collections and follow up on past-due invoices.
• Reconcile customer accounts and apply adjustments as needed.
• Daily review of postings in cash application system (HighRadius).
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to billing, payments, and credit notes.
• Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts, payment arrangements, and credit holds.
• Customer master set up and updates (SAP).

Trade Spend responsibilities:

• Review and approve customer deductions - match promotional deductions to sales activities, validate accuracy, create allocation forms, process deductions in TPM system.
• Maintain trade accruals and pricing data in SAP.
• Prepare journal entries for trade adjustments
• Prepare reconciliations and analysis as requested by Sales/Finance
• Prepare broker commission reports for monthly payments.

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years AR/Trade Spend experience in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Formal education in Accounting or Business is an asset.
• Proficient data entry skills with an expectation of a high level of accuracy.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build positive client relationships.
• Experience with SAP and/or HighRadius an asset.
